Vehicle sizing is assessed individually to ensure accurate classification.

Pricing includes multi-stage paint correction prior to coating application to ensure the best possible finish and durability. Final pricing is confirmed following inspection, as preparation requirements and paint condition can vary.

Process

Preparation is the most critical stage of the coating process.

• Wheels, tyres, and exterior surfaces are thoroughly cleaned using a controlled wash process
• Chemical decontamination removes embedded iron deposits and contaminants
• Mechanical decontamination ensures a clean and uniform surface
• Paintwork is assessed and corrected as required to achieve the desired finish
• Surfaces are cleansed to remove polishing oils and ensure proper bonding
• The coating is carefully applied in controlled sections and levelled to ensure an even finish
• Exterior glass is treated as part of the process
• The vehicle will need to be left to cure before being exposed to the environment
